By purchasing a Skin Symphony Clinic membership or subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Membership & Treatment Plans:

• Memberships include the treatments and quantities specifically listed at the time of purchase.

• Pre-made memberships are fixed treatment plans and cannot be substituted or exchanged for other treatments unless approved by Skin Symphony Clinic.

• The Custom Skin Prescription Plan is individually created based on your skin concerns, consultation and recommended treatment plan.

• A minimum of 3 treatments must be included in a Custom Skin Prescription Plan to be eligible for a subscription.

Payments:

• Subscription payments are automatically processed according to the payment frequency selected at checkout: weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

• Payments continue according to the agreed subscription schedule, regardless of when individual treatments are booked or completed.

• Treatments are provided progressively according to the recommended treatment plan and are not required to be used on the same day as payment.

• All subscription payments must be successfully completed before the corresponding treatment plan is considered fully paid..

Treatment Expiry:

• Each membership has a specified service expiry period, which begins from the date of subscription commencement.

• Unused treatments must be redeemed within the applicable expiry period unless otherwise agreed by Skin Symphony Clinic.

• Treatments cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Appointments & Cancellations:

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Our standard Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to all membership treatments.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the treatment being forfeited where applicable.

• Missing or rescheduling an appointment does not pause or cancel the subscription payments.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Subscriptions are designed as a commitment to the agreed treatment plan and payment schedule.

• Cancellation requests must be made directly with Skin Symphony Clinic.

• Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

• If a subscription is cancelled before the treatment plan has been fully completed, Skin Symphony Clinic may review the treatments already redeemed and any outstanding balance before confirming cancellation.

Treatment Suitability:

• All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.

• Skin Symphony Clinic may modify or postpone a treatment where necessary to protect the client's skin, health or treatment outcome.

• Any recommended changes to a treatment plan will be discussed with the client.

General

• Memberships and Custom Skin Prescription Plans are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Skin Symphony Clinic reserves the right to update membership offerings and pricing for future purchases.

• These terms should be read together with our Booking & Cancellation Policy and other applicable clinic policies.
